Smith joins AFPC delegation to China

In June, 2010, AFPC Kraemer Strategy Fellow Jeff M Smith joined an AFPC delegation led by former National Security Advisor Robert "Bud" McFarlane to China for meetings with senior Communist Party officials. Several days of meetings in Beijing centered on U.S.-China relations and China's policies toward Iran and North Korea. The delgation also traveled to Shaanxi province, where they toured a rural village in the mountainous province and visited the site of the famous Terracotta warriors.
